Delivery Information

DELIVERY CHARGES AS FOLLOWS:

All orders to Ireland and the UK are delivered FREE.

We use DPD delivery service who are operating as normal ( Monday to Friday) & have a strict non-contact delivery service in place. 

We also use other courier companies such as DHL and An Post. 

Delivery to UK and other EU countries:

Kidkraft delivery:

We cannot deliver Kidkraft products to mainland UK.
Kidkraft outdoor orders have an estimated 7-10 working days for delivery.
Other Kidkraft orders will arrive between 5-7 working days.
Large outdoor items are shipped via pallet. These items will have a longer delivery time than indoor items.

Rollzone delivery:

All Rollzone orders take between 5-7 working days for delivery using DHL. 

Jamara delivery:

All Jamara orders take between 5-7 working days for delivery using DHL. 

Delivery Arrival

We cannot guarantee a delivery time but will work to get the orders out as fast as possible.
Toy House are unable to take responsibility for any delivery delays which are outside of their control.
Deliveries ordered over the weekend will be processed on Monday morning or Tuesday after a Bank Holiday weekend.
DPD delivery days are Monday to Friday inclusive. 

If you are unable to receive your order at your usual address, please state an alternative location to send the goods and arrange for someone to accept the delivery on your behalf therefore we do not ship to Storage Units or PO Box numbers.
